New Theme: Higher Ground

John Sieber has created a new free theme called Higher Ground based on a Styleshout's CSS template. The theme has been made available to everyone and you can download it from your blog administration.
I've made a couple of modifications and fixes to the original theme that John did, so you may want to re-download it from your admin if you already have it.

Wait. Hmmm. OK. Now the new theme, Higher Ground, appears in my Mango Blog admin. Odd. OK, thank you. =) Not all of the themes in the themes browser appear in my Mango Blog admin section. I'm still curious about that. EB

Eric,
Skins not for download are variations of the Movable type skin. They are all in the movable type skin folder that comes bundled with Mango.

I can browse the themes, and many look really cool. But, how do I access and install them in Mango Admin?
