Hello,

I am getting an error:

Upgrade could not be performed: Object Instantiation Exception.

from the admin when using this install update. Have searched the forms but cant seem to find an answer to the problem.

My system is:
CF8 + Apache on linux
mysql 5.

Hi Ben,
I would say that probably your server does not allow you to create Java objects.
I am looking into using CF8's built in functionality so that Java will not be necessary, but for now, it is.
