When I click the Edit HTML button in the TinyMCE toolbar I get a popup and the 404 page for the parent site I am adding Mango Blog to. The path that it claims doesn't work is correct, and all the necessary files are on the server.
Is there anything I'm missing in the editorSettings.cfm that would keep this page from loading?

Nevermind. The solution is to replace TinyMCE with CKEditor.

You need to make sure you uploaded all the files to the server. It source editor window is located here: /admin/assets/editors/tinymce_3/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/source_editor.htm
Alternatively, you can just click the paper/pencil icon next to the "Content (required)" label. this will temporarily disable the editor.
I use CKEditor on a few sites and it's not without problems of it's own. Should you choose to go back to TinyMCE at least you will know where to start looking.
